Job Summary

Arcadia Stones is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in natural stone and quartz slabs to lead and grow our Dallas market. This role is responsible for driving revenue, managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving monthly sales quotas, and expanding relationships with fabricators, builders, designers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in slab sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outside and inside sales representatives
  • Establish monthly sales quotas and ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, builders, contractors, architects, and designers
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting; provide regular performance reports to management
  • Train and coach Sales Reps on product knowledge, pricing, customer engagement, and closing techniques
  • Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
  • Handle key accounts and high‑value clients directly as needed
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings
  • Represent Arcadia Stones at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in natural stone, quartz slabs, or related building materials
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and meeting monthly or quarterly sales quotas
  • Strong knowledge of slab products, fabrication process, and stone industry customers
  • Established network within the Dallas–Fort Worth stone or construction market preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the Texas region
