Richmark Properties is seeking a motivated and high-energy Leasing Agent with a strong background in marketing and customer service. This role is essential in attracting and retaining residents through dynamic outreach, skilled communication, and exceptional service.

• Advertise and market available apartment units to prospective residents
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and community features
• Show available units to prospective renters and explain leasing terms and community policies
• Conduct application screenings, including background and credit checks, to ensure qualified applicants
• Maintain positive communication and relationships with current residents
• Support property goals through effective leasing techniques and resident retention strategies
• Comply with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations
• Weekends required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the apartment industry preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills (must be able to communicate in English and Spanish)
• Strong sales, leasing, and marketing abilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Quick learner with a proactive and energetic approach to leasing
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance is required
