High Security Sales and Business Development Manager

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a High Security Sales and Business Development Manager.

Overview

The High Security Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, supporting regions and branches in meeting sales targets, and ensuring sales growth within a specific geographic area and/or vertical market. The role develops sales strategies, analyzes data, addresses customer concerns, and identifies business‑development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a high security sales and business development program for the assigned area, customers, or vertical market.
  • Support sales personnel across the assigned area to achieve program sales goals.
  • Build a business development pipeline for the assigned area and/or vertical market.
  • Operate with minimal supervision to build the program and achieve milestones.
  • Serve as the high security business and sales development resource for the assigned area and/or market vertical.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline activity and support sales activities to achieve program sales and profitability goals.
  • Prospect for and develop new sales opportunities, cultivate relationships, analyze market data, and close sales while tracking activities in the CRM tool and INFOR.
  • Act as a Salesforce multiplier, educating and assisting regions and branches, facilitating the sales process across an assigned area and/or vertical markets including quotes, follow‑up, and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align business development, marketing, trade show, sales, and sourcing strategies with program goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory and/or vertical market to support sales and customer engagement.

Essential Qualifications
  • Exceptional team‑building, operations, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Physical, Perimeter, and/or High Security basics, fence, and barrier systems.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with ability to understand, manage and influence the P&L to achieve company financial goals.
  • Exceptional organizational, time‑management, multi‑tasking, and administrative skills to motivate and lead a remote workforce.
  • Driven and results‑oriented; drives KPIs and market expansion to meet company goals.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in Physical Security/High Security sales, especially B2B.
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP system experience.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands

This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, lift, and/or move. Must be able to travel to fulfill duties.
