Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).

Your role is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid‑sized businesses.

During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short‑cycle sales process using our tablet‑based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new clients
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant data in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry changes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with your leader.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check
  • Must live in the area relative to the job posting location
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • Enjoys cold‑calling and speaking with people face to face

Compensation (pay Transparency) And Benefits
  • W2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits.
  • First‑year professionals may expect an average of $90,000 – $105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
