We have an opportunity for a driven, persuasive Inside Sales professional to join a fast-growing, nationally expanding wealth management firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume outreach environment, excels at guiding warm prospects through structured discovery conversations, and brings both urgency and confidence to every interaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute daily outreach attempts through calls, texts, emails, etc. to warm inbound leads, and complete discovery conversations to deliver a strong, credible first impression.
- Engage high-net-worth prospects with confidence, clarity, and trust-building communication.
- Manage a structured, metric-driven pipeline while maintaining exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Convert inbound leads sourced from webinars, digital campaigns, paid lead providers, online funnels, and educational events.
- Ramp quickly into full productivity, absorbing training from multiple team members and applying feedback with speed and precision.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to assess goals, concerns, and financial context, then route prospects to the appropriate advisor based on assets, region, and fit while providing clean, accurate notes to ensure a seamless transition.
- Demonstrate resilience and tactical judgment when prospects hesitate or attempt to pause the process.
- Work within a supportive, collaborative team environment with strong peer-to-peer training.
- Participate in coaching sessions, role-plays, and process refinements to improve personal and team performance.
- Contribute positively to a culture of urgency, accountability, and shared success.
- 4+ years of successful experience in inside sales, business development, or other high-volume, high-urgency sales roles.
- Consistent history of consistently meeting performance targets and conversion goals.
- Experience in financial services, internal wholesaling, banking, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to ramp quickly and sustain high performance.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to sound composed, credible, and authoritative on the phone.
- Skilled at overcoming hesitation, redirecting conversations, and guiding prospects forward with confidence.
- Strong active listening abilities and emotional intelligence, especially when discussing sensitive financial topics.
- Hungry, driven, and competitive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable in a structured, metric-driven environment with high outreach volume.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to push through resistance and maintain momentum.
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot), automated dialing tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Quick learner with strong ability to absorb new technology and workflows.
