Position: HVAC Brand Ambassador (1099 Contractor)

Compensation: $50 per booked lead plus $250 for each sale.

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This is a 1099 contractor position, allowing you to work flexibly and earn based on your performance. In this important role, you will engage potential customers directly in their neighborhoods to promote our HVAC services and products. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be instrumental in expanding our outreach and driving sales through face-to-face interactions.

Duties
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our HVAC services and solutions to prospective customers.
  • Engage with residents, offering detailed information and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to encourage sign-ups or sales.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize marketing approaches and enhance outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses to help fine-tune our marketing strategies.
Skills
  • Experience in appointment setting is a plus.
  • Background in marketing or sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential for creating positive interactions.
  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse communities.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective engagement with potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation abilities will support effective sales closure.
  • Experience in telemarketing or fundraising can be beneficial for understanding customer motivations.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (1099 Contractor)

Work Schedule: Flexible hours – work as many hours as you want!

Pay: As much as you can sell with no cap.

Work Location: DFW area (in person)
