Retail Customer Service Representative – Print & Signs

Full‑time position at Alpha Graphics Knox Street, Park Cities, North Dallas. Alpha Graphics is a locally owned visual communications company offering design, printing, signs, fulfillment, promotional, apparel, and mailing solutions to clients of all shapes and sizes.

In this role you will greet all walk‑in clients and work directly with them to accomplish their goals and objectives. Your day will also include responding to client emails, generating estimates and job tickets, answering the phone and routing calls, and contacting clients when orders are ready for pickup. These are the primary responsibilities, but you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

• 1 year of print sales experience (e.g., Office Depot, Staples, Fed Ex Office, Minuteman Press, Allegra, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability and desire to sell a full range of products and solutions
• Genuine desire to meet the customer’s needs
• Persuasive and goal‑driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem‑solving and solutions‑oriented mindset
• Pleasant and professional demeanor
• Relationship and consultative sales experience helpful
• Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships
• Familiarity with standard computer software programs
• Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
• Print Smith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful
