Business Development Representative (BDR) – In‑Person | Dallas, TX & Chicago, IL
Beagle is building the first fully automated insurance carrier. We’re hiring early‑career reps to learn outbound sales, talk to property managers daily, and grow into leadership roles.
About the RoleThis ground‑floor sales role is in our Dallas and Chicago offices (in‑person). You’ll work with a product used by property managers, powered by AI, in a $1T+ market.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls and book meetings with property managers.
- Keep the CRM updated daily.
- Spot upsell opportunities.
- Be in‑office 5–6 days a week (AE path).
- Comfortable talking with customers.
- Thrives in high‑speed, high‑accountability roles.
- Strong organization and follow‑through.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Base: $60k–$80k
OTE: $130k+
- 1 screening call → work trial → decision within 72 hours.
