This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Design Consultant, you will work directly with clients to provide expert advice on design selections, home furnishing solutions, and layout recommendations. The role involves conducting consultations, assessing customer needs, creating tailored design plans, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure project success. You will also engage in sales activities and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

• Proven experience in Interior Design, furniture design or selection, and home furnishings
• Strong skills in customer service and sales to establish trust and maintain client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on‑site and effectively manage client relationships
• Experience in a home improvement or design consulting role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, marketing, or a related field is preferred
