In-Home Power Sales Consultant

This position is commission-based with no cap on earning potential. The first two weeks are company-paid sales training. Once in the field, if you meet company‑given KPI expectations, the average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year. The role is a W‑2, full‑commission position.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with prospective customers on home solar energy solutions.
  • Leverage an in‑depth knowledge of solar leasing programs to guide customers in selecting the most suitable financing options.
  • Achieve sales goals, including quotas, lead response timeliness, and meeting conversions.
  • Qualify prospective customers using creative lead methods to build your book of business.
  • Design and build solar energy systems that fit the customer’s needs.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training, classroom instruction, self‑study, licensing (if applicable), and lead‑qualifying activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community.
  • Work with affiliate partners and vendors to ensure flawless execution of lead response and lead nurturing.
  • Weekly reporting.
  • Attend outreach events selected for prospective solar customers.
Qualifications
  • Motivated and results‑driven.
  • Hungry and passionate about sales.
  • Experience closing deals (3+ years of solar/in‑home sales a plus).
  • Detail‑oriented and good at helping people.
  • Strong communication skills and quick thinking.
  • Enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions.
