Your ImpactThe role is responsible for managing 15 to 20 key accounts for the Network Field Operations (NFO) segment is remote and requires working across multiple time zones as needed. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operations, helping to expand penetration into existing accounts and onboard new accounts, and playing a strategic role in the growth of the NFO division.
CoreResponsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to successfully onboard new accounts
- Grow existing key account revenue
- Establish strong customer relations and expand network within key accounts
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to share data and performance
- Be the primary point of contact for the customer within the Pearce team
- Schedule and lead regular operational reviews with the customer as needed
- Develop proposal responses for customer RFPs
- Participate in industry events
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience- Bachelor’s degree or proven account management/sales experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- More than 5 years of experience in account management and/or sales
- Interest in renewable critical infrastructure technologies and the leading market players
- Knowledge or understanding of electrical infrastructure including PV, ESS, wind, switch gear and transformers, and their safe use (asset)
- A collaborative, results‑driven and solutions‑oriented approach with strong management and communication skills
- Ability to travel within North America as required
