# Area Europe Modern & Traditional Trade Specialist###### Share this job opportunity

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Area Europe Modern & Traditional Trade Specialist to join our
** Sales Business Development function.
** By covering this position, you will support business development by assisting in the creation and implementation of
** strategies
* * aimed at
** driving growth
** with modern trade customers and strategic channels such as clubs and discount retailers.  You will also maintain
** partnerships with key stakeholders**, ensuring alignment on objectives and promotional plans while coordinating international customer community calls and touchpoints to strengthen
** collaboration across markets.
** Moreover, your role will be to lead and manage
** projects
* * related to
** portfolio execution
** and
** channel development**, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.  You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Category teams to design and implement
** commercial activities
** that support overall objectives.
You will conduct
** market research
** to identify growth opportunities and monitor performance, providing insights that contribute to revenue growth initiatives.  Last but not least, you will
** track results
** and share
** actionable recommendations
** to support decision-making.

You will bring your educational background in Management, Economics or other related fields with 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or
** Key Account Management
** within an
** FMCG environment.
** Furthermore, you will demonstrate advanced
** data analysis
** and
** negotiation skills**, combined with flexibility and a strong focus on achieving results. Thanks to your ability to interpret complex data and
** engage effectively with senior management**, you will contribute to informed decision-making and successful outcomes.  You will also rely on clear and confident
** communication skills
** to build alignment and foster collaboration across teams.
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in
** Microsoft Office**, especially
** Excel**, with your
** fluency in English.*
