Sales Consultant – Johnson Brothers Liquor Company

The Sales Consultant services retail stores in an established territory, focusing on selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and maintaining up‑to‑date accounts receivable.

• Territory Management – ensure consistent customer contact, plan and execute sales initiatives, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Sales – have a full understanding of products and pricing schedules, deliver effective sales presentations, meet assigned objectives, and grow business.
• Merchandising – use all available POS to enhance selling efforts, focus on display size and location, shelf position and standards, cold boxes, counters, windows, and any other consumer impact points.
• Servicing – conduct sales calls, perform reliable inventory checks, communicate properly to minimize order mistakes, and rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, and displays.
• Administration – adhere to all company policies and procedures, handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner.

• B.A./B.S. degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results‑driven and goal oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).
