- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Expert and Success Services
- Negotiate engagement terms, ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards
- Collaborate with sales teams to position Expert and Success services effectively
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within designated accounts post-initial sale
- Ensure successful transition to the Delivery organization through thorough briefings
- 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry, particularly in the Federal space
- Proven consultative sales experience with a strong track record of meeting quotas
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of cloud application technology
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers
- BA/BS degree is desired; willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong focus on ownership and execution against deadlines
- Experience in identifying resource investment for account segmentation
- Cross-functional teamwork skills, capable of managing challenging conversations
- Balance of strategic and tactical skills with intellectual agility
