Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Expert and Success Services
  • Negotiate engagement terms, ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards
  • Collaborate with sales teams to position Expert and Success services effectively
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within designated accounts post-initial sale
  • Ensure successful transition to the Delivery organization through thorough briefings
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry, particularly in the Federal space
  • Proven consultative sales experience with a strong track record of meeting quotas
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of cloud application technology
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers
  • BA/BS degree is desired; willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong focus on ownership and execution against deadlines
  • Experience in identifying resource investment for account segmentation
  • Cross-functional teamwork skills, capable of managing challenging conversations
  • Balance of strategic and tactical skills with intellectual agility
