Dallas, TX (or major Texas city within commuting distance to a major airport)

$70,000 – $100,000+ DOE with bonuses and profit sharing

~25% (trade shows, client visits, lunch & learns)

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors and contractors in your territory.
• Provide product training and technical insights to help partners deliver exceptional results.
• Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and maintain quality standards.
• Protect the brand by minimizing mistakes and ensuring smooth processes.

• Personable, relationship‑driven professional—not obsessed with quotas.
• Ability to work independently and stand on your own two feet.
• Experience in distribution or utility sales (ideal backgrounds: Wesco, Anixter, Graybar, Power & Tel, CED, Border States).
• Industry knowledge in electrical, telecom, or related fields.
• Comfortable with light travel and engaging with customers face‑to‑face.
