We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is hungry, fearless, and ready to drive explosive growth in our security services business. This position can be remote and will travel regionally and nationally for sales efforts.
Candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area preferred.

You have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Active Interim Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance).
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Willingness to travel nationally as leads and opportunities dictate.
- Strong sales and prospecting skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- CRM discipline and pipeline management.
- Confidence with in‑person or digital presentations.
- Understanding of business cost structure, income statements, and pricing strategy.
- Experience with wage analysis and competitive pricing.
- Advanced Excel skills in data analysis/reporting.
- Strong business writing and bid response preparation.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
- High earning potential with base salary plus aggressive commission structure. OTE up to $270,000!

$90,000.00 – $ per year (base).
Open to negotiation based on skills and experience.
