Inside Sales Admin

Job Description

• Screen and respond to inquiries from regional Sales Managers and customers regarding prime equipment sales.
• Provide standard pricebook product information to Sales Managers and customers – aka providing quotas to customers
• Serve as the primary liaison to Sales Managers by:
  • Providing updated order availability.
  • Sharing delivery information
  • Proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Data updating – making sure customers are in the CRM and date is accurate
  • Helping to create sales campaigns to drive services and sales
  • Answer incoming phone calls as needed

• 2 years sales support experience
• Familiarity with a CRM system
• Basic Microsoft suites knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 2 years in sales support role
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized individual
• Sales experience from compressed air, rotating equipment, automotive, or heavy duty industrial equipment/machine industry
