Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $80K-$110K (DOE) Base + Uncapped commission
Requirements: 3+ years outside sales experience selling commercial roofing service contracts
About Us:We are a commercial roofing firm with a well-known national footprint. We are known for high-quality commercial roofing solutions, specializing in roof repair, restoration, and replacement services. We are looking for 1-2 Outside Sales Reps to drive our growing footprint through the DFW/TX region.
What You'll Do:We are looking for a talented and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive our commercial roofing service sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, commercial roofing, and service/maintenance sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
- Minimum of 3+years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
