Overview

We are looking for a capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates. We need proactive people‑persons who are well‑versed and visible in the local community. Responsibilities
  • Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around
  • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
  • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
  • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with prospects and internal teams
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of property management processes and leasing procedures is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIRED
Compensation

$17 - $19 hourly
