Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team of insurance professionals. Manage a book of business focusing on small commercial accounts with premiums of $50K or less. Provide exceptional client service and support.

• Salary: $60,000 annually

• Manage a book of business focusing on small commercial accounts with premiums of $50K or less.
• Provide full A–Z account management, including service and retention.
• Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and client communication.
• Perform marketing and remarketing activities.
• Quote new and renewal business, with a heavier focus on renewals.
• Ensure timely and responsive client service.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
