Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Location note: We’re targeting candidates based in Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, or Austin

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end relationships for a dedicated book of high‑value clients, acting as their internal champion and primary point of contact
  • Move beyond reactive support; stay ahead of client needs and provide rapid, contextual responses that reflect a deep understanding of their goals
  • Deliver personalized insights and market updates that help clients navigate the ecosystem and deepen loyalty to the brand
  • Proactively monitor AUM and platform usage to mitigate retention risks and uncover untapped growth potential
  • Act as the brand’s face at exclusive VIP events and activations, leveraging hospitality opportunities to strengthen bonds and convert high‑potential prospects into long‑term clients
  • Build deep‑rooted trust that naturally leads to referrals and network growth, helping to solidify our position as the market leader
  • Report and synthesize client feedback, working closely with Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Risk to keep the VIP offering at the industry peak
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in client‑facing roles—specifically within Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success—demonstrating success in Crypto, Fintech, or the gaming/predictions industry
  • Natural curiosity; a drive to understand what truly moves clients so you can align the  ecosystem with their long‑term goals
  • Result‑driven and energized by scaling a book of business; motivated by the challenge of converting complex client needs into durable partnerships
  • Self‑motivated, anticipating market trends and providing valuable insights that fuel engagement and portfolio growth
  • Comfortable using hospitality and events as a platform for meaningful connection and business development
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving industry
