Harvest Solar is looking for motivated, full-time canvassers to join our growing team. This is a high-opportunity, commission-only role ideal for individuals with door-to-door experience who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

We're not looking for just anyonewere looking for outgoing, gritty, and self-starting sales professionals who know how to build trust at the door and close conversations with confidence.

• Go door-to-door in assigned territories
  , generating leads and setting appointments with homeowners

• Educate homeowners on rising utility rates and the benefits of switching to solar

• Use your personality and pitch to spark interest, build rapport
  , and hand off warm leads to the closing team

• Log interactions and feedback to help refine sales strategy

What Were Looking For

• D2D experience strongly preferred solar experience is a huge plus, but not required

• Strong communication & people skills,
  Spanish fluency can bean advantage

• Valid drivers license + reliable transportation

• Self-motivated, high-energy, and comfortable working independently

• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed to hit goals

• Passion for clean energy and helping others save money
