Role

Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in pharma sales/marketing
- with at least 5 years in sales leadership
- extensive US biotech/pharma launch experience
- ability to travel up to 75%
- strong stakeholder management and team development skills
- deep expertise in Uro-Oncology
- complex healthcare systems (IDNs, academic centers, private equity-backed networks)
- experience in high-visibility startup launch environments
- High-value specifics include launching biologics or immunotherapies for bladder cancer, and working within a regulatory framework emphasizing compliance and ethical standards.
The role reports to the Associate Vice President of Sales, is remote with regional travel, and involves extensive stakeholder engagement across healthcare providers, market access, and cross-functional teams.
