Account Executive

Close small and mid-market local businesses on our marketing and print stack. Warm pipeline, real product, no smoke.

Where you work: Hybrid. You live within commuting distance of Dallas and work from our Dallas location part of each week; the in-office schedule is agreed with you before an offer. This is not a fully remote role.

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $130,000 - $160,000)

The figure above is BASE salary. On-target earnings are $130,000 to $160,000 at a roughly 55/45 base to variable split, and commission is uncapped so the ceiling is higher than the OTE. We publish the base rather than the OTE because the base is what we guarantee.
