What You’ll DoMeet with prospective clients in the field to discuss their insurance needs
Recommend coverage options based on each client's needs and goals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage appointments, follow-up activities, and your sales pipeline
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
QualificationsRequired
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow established sales processes
PreferredInsurance, sales, or customer service experience
Active insurance license is helpful but not required to apply
