The Beauty Advisor drives sales for Orlane and Chantecaille by delivering personalized customer service and building lasting client relationships. The role includes beauty consultations, product application, clienteling, and maintaining an inviting cosmetics counter.
Responsibilities- Meet individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Provide personalized product consultations, application, and customer follow-up.
- Build client relationships and record customer preferences using clienteling tools.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and account executives.
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
- Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
- Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and application.
- Strong customer service, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
