, and we’re expanding our Dallas sales team.
We’re looking for competitive, motivated, and relationship-driven salespeople who are ready to build their skills, grow their income, and develop a long-term career with a performance-driven company.
What You’ll Do- Connect with investors and prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work warm inbound leads generated through company marketing
- Present opportunities and guide clients through the sales process
- Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and social channels
- Negotiate and work toward closing deals
- Develop your sales skills through hands-on training and coaching
- Consistently work toward individual and team goals

Your income is based on your performance.
- Average first-year earnings: $55K–$80K
- Top first-year earnings: $140K–$150K+
- Top-performing reps: $200K–$300K+
There is no cap on commission earnings
