We're looking for a driven, competitive, and motivated Business Development Representative to join us.
This is a full-time, in-office sales role in Dallas with a $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and the opportunity to build a six-figure income based on performance.
You don't need years of sales experience to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is confident, persistent, coachable, and motivated to build a career in sales.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound cold calls to business owners and prospective clients
- Generate new sales opportunities through phone calls, email, and follow-up
- Learn about a prospect’s business and uncover their needs
- Introduce prospects to Pinecrest Group’s solutions and services
- Follow up with leads and move opportunities through the sales process
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Track activity, conversations, and next steps in our CRM
- Work alongside an experienced sales team and continuously develop your sales skills
