E-Commerce Customer Sales Associate - Dallas, TX

Our client, a prestigious global luxury brand, is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Sales Associate to join its Client Relations team in Dallas. This hybrid role combines luxury customer service, digital sales, and relationship management across phone, email, live chat, and other online channels. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, customer service, or a contact center environment who can deliver an elevated client experience while identifying opportunities to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

• Provide elevated customer service and sales support across phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels
• Manage inbound customer inquiries while conducting outbound follow-up to maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Identify client needs, provide thoughtful product recommendations, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Process merchandise orders initiated through phone and online channels with a high level of accuracy
• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-up and proactive clienteling
• Accurately capture and maintain client information within CRM and customer management systems
• Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding products, availability, services, launches, and other customer inquiries
• Partner with retail locations and internal teams to coordinate sales referrals and client requests
• Work toward established sales goals, KPIs, service levels, and response standards
• Maintain current knowledge of product launches, campaigns, and internal processes
• Support outbound clienteling initiatives and special projects as needed

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, a contact center, or a related client-facing environment
• Luxury retail or e-commerce experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sales ability with experience identifying customer needs and closing sales
• Ability to provide polished, professional service to discerning luxury clientele
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable assisting customers through phone, email, live chat, social media, and virtual channels
• Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple applications and systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Salesforce, CRM, email, or chat management platform experience is a plus
• SAP experience is a plus
• Knowledge of luxury jewelry, timepieces, or gemstones is a plus
• Keyboarding speed of at least 50 WPM
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Additional languages are a plus
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available

This is a hybrid position based in Dallas. Candidates must have flexibility to work varying schedules within the required operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
