Sales Executive Dallas, TX On-site

We're looking for a Sales Executive to be the first dedicated sales hire at Cogni Dental AI. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — selling an AI-powered platform to dental practices and DSOs. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the go-to-market motion for a product that dental teams genuinely love.

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
• Build and manage a pipeline of dental practices, group practices, and DSOs
• Conduct product demos that showcase AI claims scrubbing, eligibility verification, and practice intelligence
• Develop relationships with office managers, practice owners, and DSO leadership
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and market needs
• Help define and refine our sales playbook, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
• Represent Cogni Dental AI at dental industry events and conferences

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to SMBs or healthcare practices
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Ability to communicate technical product value to non-technical buyers
• Self-starter mentality — comfortable building process from scratch
• Strong CRM discipline (Hub Spot or Salesforce)
• Bonus: experience selling dental software, RCM solutions, or healthcare SaaS
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
