AI Solutions Sales Executive
Location: Dallas, Texas (Local candidates required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience + commission
CEI America is a Digital Tech and AI Transformation Consulting firm seeking an experienced AI Solutions Sales Executive in Dallas. This is a greenfield territory where you will own enterprise relationships from the ground up. We need someone who has sold AI solutions, AI services, or digital transformation consulting at the enterprise level and understands Build/Test/Operate economics, application modernization, and AI engineering platforms.
This is not a product sales role and inbound lead reliance is not a fit here.
Build and own a self-sourced enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting. Sell AI transformation engagements and technology consulting solutions to C-suite and senior IT leadership. Navigate Build/Test/Operate proposals and modernization conversations with technical buyers. Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close. Partner with internal AI engineering and delivery teams.
What We Are Looking For7+ years of enterprise sales experience in AI solutions, AI services, or digital transformation consulting. Understanding of Build/Test/Operate economics, CI/CD, MLOps, or AI engineering platforms. Proven ability to build a greenfield territory independently. Existing enterprise relationships in the Dallas market. Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
