Why this role

Own a defined Dallas, TX territory and directly impact growth in revenue, margin, and market penetration.

Sell across a robust portfolio: boilers, burners, rentals, retrofits, repairs, parts, and service.

Partner with a high-caliber technical team and report to a supportive Regional Sales Manager.

Shape local strategy while representing the Voice of the Customer to influence offerings and relationships.

What you’ll do Build new business and expand existing accounts through consultative, technical selling.

Collaborate on RFQ research to ensure solutions align with equipment and application specifications.

Prepare, track, and analyze quotes to improve close rates and sales effectiveness.

Manage the full customer/order lifecycle, including account setup, timely quotes, invoice accuracy, and collections follow-up.

Participate in regional industry associations; monitor competitors, customers, and market  and execute territory plans with management.

Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent (required).3+ years of sales experience with commercial/industrial boiler systems.

Top-tier communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfort working with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.

Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, judgment, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Knowledge of boiler industry terminology is advantageous.

Travel, work, and safety

Location:

Dallas, TX; travel 50%+ across the state/region (customer sites, projects, trade shows).Physical effort: regular computer work, steady typing, accurate data entry; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Environment: office-based with moderate road travel; adhere to customer site safety rules—boiler room environments may include specific hazards.
