Competitive hourly rates of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career in sales and community outreach? We are looking for a full‑time Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join our Abrams team. In this role, you will visit local businesses and engage with the community to build strong relationships and generate new leads, including:

• Networking with car dealerships, apartment complexes, and other potential business partners.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses to generate new leads and referrals.
• Partnering with local businesses to participate in community events and promotional activities.
• Increasing brand awareness and driving new customers to the office.
• Following up on leads and working with the office team to convert prospects into customers.

As an ambassador for our company, you will create lasting impressions and should possess the following skills and experience:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• A minimum of one year of insurance sales experience (insurance or outside sales experience preferred)
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable meeting new people and prospecting inthe community
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as ageneral working knowledge of computer systems and the internet for business purposes
• Schedule adaptability and reliable transportation for local travel
• Align with our company's values, achieve your goals by excelling in sales, and createsatisfied customers
