Do you have an outgoing personality, a natural sales instinct and the ability to turn a warm welcome into a strong customer relationship? Do you love beautiful jewelry—and helping retailers discover what will sell in their stores? Elevated is looking for an enthusiastic Show Sales Associate who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for selling.

Representing CŒUR DE LION, LIZAS, QUDO and Sif Jakobs, Elevated brings four distinctive European jewelry brands together in one inspiring showroom. We’re looking for someone who will dive into the collections, learn their stories and become a trusted partner to our retail buyers.

Your smile is part of your uniform. Just as essential: the confidence to start a conversation, listen closely, recognize an opportunity and guide a buyer toward an assortment they feel excited to bring into their store.

• Welcome buyers with warmth and enthusiasm, creating an inviting showroom experience from the moment they arrive.
• Engage retailers in meaningful conversations about their stores, customers, price points and merchandising needs.
• Sell with purpose. Recommend complementary pieces, introduce additional collections and help buyers build thoughtful assortments with strong retail potential.
• Learn our product lines, brand stories, materials, pricing, displays and sales programs so you can present each collection confidently and accurately.
• Guide customers through product demonstrations and help them see how our jewelry can fit into—and grow—their business.
• Work comfortably with multiple customers in a busy showroom, balancing attentive service with the pace of market.
• Use Market Time and computer-based tools to enter orders accurately, review product information and capture customer details and follow-up needs.
• Help host and entertain buyers, keeping the showroom welcoming, polished and ready for business.
• Work closely with the showroom team to support sales goals, share customer insights and keep the selling floor running smoothly.
• Take initiative throughout the day, from refreshing displays to reconnecting with a buyer or helping a teammate complete an order.

You are a natural relationship builder who enjoys approaching people and feels comfortable asking for the sale. You understand that effective selling begins with listening—and grows through thoughtful recommendations, product knowledge and follow-through.

You bring enthusiasm without needing constant direction. You stay composed when the showroom gets busy, adapt as priorities shift and make each customer feel valued. You’re equally comfortable sharing a collection’s story, suggesting an additional purchase and entering an accurate order.
