Commission Sales Representative, Academy Memberships

Terms Deal Academy teaches creative real estate acquisition: subject-to, lease-option, owner financing and wholesale on terms. The first six lessons are free, and paid members get the full curriculum, a state rules library, a weekly live webcast, a virtual close service and property management support. Help investors who finished the free lessons decide whether the full curriculum fits them.

Location: Remote, United States.
Type: Independent contractor (1099).

• Follow up with people who took the free lessons or joined the live webcast.
• Explain what members get: every module and script, the state rules library, the weekly webcast and deal support.
• Never promise deals or profits.
• Use only the scripts, prices and claims we approve, and follow our consent and Do Not Call rules.

• A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Prior sales experience (phone, B2B or direct sales) is preferred.
• Self-directed: you plan your own day and keep your own pipeline moving.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

• Commission only. There is no hourly pay or base salary.
• Commission is paid per verified sale. Rates and payout timing are in the written offer.
• We do not promise any level of income. What you earn depends on your own results.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
