As a Security Guard - Flex Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense. You will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. The role is a driving post, offering the opportunity to support a collaborative environment that values innovation, integrity, and putting people first.

Pay Rate: $18.63 / Hour

Job Schedule: Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license (if required).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation subject to federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws.
