• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the auto dealership location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for employees, customers, and property.
• Assist with directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic as needed to support the operational needs of the location.
• Complete required logs and incident reports accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
