Associate Asset Protection Manager

The Associate Asset Protection Manager leads inventory shortage performance and execution of asset protection strategy for the assigned store. The role protects company assets, supports a safe selling environment, and partners with store leadership and investigators to strengthen awareness, accountability, and results.

• Identify theft and shortage exposures and implement mitigation strategies and improvement plans.
• Plan and oversee audits, review findings, drive corrective actions, and lead annual physical inventory and reconciliation.
• Maintain physical security standards and camera systems, and ensure investigations follow applicable laws and apprehension guidelines.
• Partner with investigators to prepare cases and lead store-wide training, safety sessions, and shortage awareness initiatives.
• Direct, coach, and develop Asset Protection Investigators, including training, feedback, and performance reviews.

• At least 5 years of retail Asset Protection experience, preferably in a high-volume luxury or complex environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with confidence presenting to store leadership and large groups.
• Experience leading teams and proficiency with retail security systems, reporting platforms, and productivity software.
