As a Protective Services Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at our Mary Kay facilities. You’ll provide armed protection of corporate property, personnel, and visitors—helping prevent illegal entry, theft, vandalism, safety hazards, and fire. You’ll routinely patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas, checking for irregularities and ensuring doors, windows, and gates are secured.

You’ll also administer emergency medical assistance and provide armed escorts as needed.

• Patrol all facilities to identify security breaches, fire risks, and safety hazards; take corrective action and document incidents in the PPM 2000 reporting system.
• Maintain logs and records at your assigned post, including the Operations Log used for dispatch and radio tracking.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections for vehicles, firearms, medical bags, eyewash stations, and fire systems.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies such as accidents, fires, or safety incidents.
• Manage parking and vehicle traffic to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized solicitation.
• Provide armed escort services for the movement of funds and materials once state commissioning requirements are met.
• Deliver first aid, CPR, and medical support once First Responder certification is obtained.
• Support additional duties, including rotating posts/shifts and collecting/discarding confidential data.
• This role requires on‑site work at a Mary Kay facility in Addison, Lewisville, and Dallas.
