As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol First Aid Readiness in Dallas, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification protocols.
• Assist with protecting the confidentiality of healthcare operations by reporting suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, and potential privacy-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
