Security Operations Manager

Marksman Security is seeking a dedicated and dynamic

Security Operations Manager to oversee daily field security operations for a major healthcare/medical distribution client. Based in one of our regional office hubs (AZ, TX, CA, or Las Vegas), this role is critical to maintaining high-quality security operations, managing officer schedules, supporting field staff, and ensuring seamless service delivery across client sites.

• Client & Team Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and internal staff. Directly assist in supervising, coaching, and supporting security officers.
• Scheduling & Roster Management: Establish, review, and maintain client site schedules using electronic platforms, ensuring all posts are filled with qualified personnel.
• Operational Oversight: Respond promptly to officer call-offs, tardiness, and site emergencies to meet contractual commitments. Manage time-off requests and verify check-in/out records.
• HRIS & Data Integrity: Maintain real-time employee database updates and generate weekly operational statistic reports.
• Training & Onboarding: Oversee the placement and site training of security officers in coordination with Account Managers.
• Meetings & Support: Attend weekly operational meetings and coordinate support services to achieve financial, operational, and customer service goals.

• Experience: High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 2 years of satisfactory experience in security operations, customer service, or high-volume call center environments. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Age & Licensing: Must be at least 21 years old and hold (or be able to obtain) the required state security licensing for the operating region.

  Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office software and automated scheduling/HRIS systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (bilingual skills are a plus).
• Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; must maintain an active contact phone number.
• Salary: $68,000 - $72,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
