Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation, service, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, packaged units, and split systems.
  • Act as a working supervisor and project manager for field operations.
  • Ensure project completion meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC issues on‑site.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and schedule.
  • Provide mentorship to junior technicians and promote safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records, service logs, and project documentation.
  • Support job site compliance with industry codes and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Certified Chiller Mechanic.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
