Field Service Technician
We are seeking a Field Service Technician candidate based out of DFW to service the North Texas area! We are looking for someone with hands‑on mechanical/electrical/plumbing experience that wants to learn and grow professionally. We are specifically seeking someone with ultra‑pure water system service and cell culture incubator service experience. Reverse Osmosis, Electronic De‑ionization, or Water For Injection (WFI) water system service experience is ideal.

As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Installation, repair, preventative maintenance, verification, and qualification of water purification systems and a range of other laboratory and life‑science equipment.
- Scheduling and completing service visits in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced clinical/hospital environment.
- Ensuring proper administration and management of the territory workload as well as proper documentation of service call completion and providing appropriate documentation to customers.
Domestic travel up to 85% of your work‑day; however, our techs are home most nights. Occasional work outside of typical business hours, depending on business needs where emergency service is requested. This is a Field Service position so most hours are spent working in and traveling to customer locations. There is no office to go to; our techs’ office is at home.

- Ability to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent computer literacy, basic IT skills.
- Experience/exposure to testing and repairing electro‑mechanical devices.
- Ability to use hand tools, multimeter, and test equipment.
- Experience/exposure completing complex repairs.
- 3+ years previous professional experience in plumbing, electronics, commercial appliance repair (not HVAC).
- Experience in Reverse Osmosis, Electronic De‑ionization, or Water For Injection (WFI).
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar.
- Experience working with electromechanical devices.
- Experience working with PC device connections and network settings, including but not limited to: serial port and USB connections, resource selection and IP address settings.
