Electrical Superintendent
Location: Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex
Industry: Commercial / Multifamily Construction

Our client, a growing and well-respected electrical contractor
, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations for a range of projects including commercial retail, healthcare facilities, distribution warehouses, and multifamily high-rise developments
.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality, on-schedule projects with safety at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects.
- Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring installations meet design and code requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and foremen to meet project goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular safety and quality inspections, addressing issues promptly.
- Track manpower, materials, and progress reporting for management.
- Mentor field staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical construction with at least 2+ in a field leadership or superintendent role.
- Proven experience managing crews on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and reading electrical drawings.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools preferred.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus.
- Well-established contractor with a strong project pipeline.
