Lot Technician & Maintenance - Parking Lots
Earn $18 per hour, Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm. Full‑time hours with great benefits. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Founded in 2000, Platinum Parking operates over 350 facilities across 12 cities and 7 states, delivering dedicated customer service.
We are looking for a full‑time Lot Technician/Maintenance Porter. Ideal candidates have parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills.
Requirements- Technical ability
- Knowledge with parking equipment preferred
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment
- Cordial and friendly with effective communication
- Willing to undergo pre‑employment background and driver’s record checks
- Willing to undergo random drug screenings
- Self‑starter comfortable working alone
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain & repair pay stations
- Install and remove pay stations
- Install and remove signage
- Pothole repair
- Landscaping
- General maintenance
- Report on lot status
- Work 5 days a week Monday‑Friday (few weekends)
- Climb ladders if needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school or equivalent
- English (required)
