Join a reputable and growing pest management company serving residential and commercial clients across the Dallas Fort Worth area. As a Pest Control Technician
, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing safe, effective, and high-quality pest control services. This role offers a mix of fieldwork, independence, and customer interaction perfect for individuals who take pride in solving problems and working outdoors.
Inspect homes and commercial properties for evidence of pest activity.
Apply pest control treatments safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Educate customers on pest prevention, treatment plans, and ongoing maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records, treatment documentation, and customer notes.
Operate and maintain company-provided vehicle and equipment responsibly.
Respond promptly to service calls and deliver exceptional customer care.
Required:
Valid Texas drivers license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.
Preferred:
Texas Pest Control License (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Previous experience in pest control, maintenance, or a related trade.
Hourly Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 (based on experience)
Additional Earnings: Commissions, bonuses, and tips available
