- Executes planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications encompassing painting, patching, fixture installations, caulking, carpentry, and more within the facility
- Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. Requests may include lighting and electrical service calls. Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors
- Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair mechanical, and lighting systems. Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs
- Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs
- Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
- Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree in related field is preferred
- Possession of a current trade licenses as required
