Tower Technician

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr.

This entry‑level full‑time position offers paid training, equipment, and compensation while training. The company provides medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match, and a relaxed, fun environment.

• Perform inspections, tower mappings, and post‑construction inspections on telecommunications towers.
• Travel up to five days a week.
• Climb towers, water tanks, or rooftops and conduct scanning, probing, digging, and drilling to obtain foundation dimensions and steel reinforcement on guyed, SST, and monopole towers.
• Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
• Adhere to all company and industry standard regulations (OSHA, COMTRAIN, etc.).

• Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work.
• Review peer work product.

• One year general construction experience preferred but not required; some cell tower industry experience highly preferred.
• Must pass background and drug testing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; self‑starter, team player, and results oriented.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
