• Telecommunications Background
• 5-6 Years Cabling Experience (Required)
• 3-4 Years Fiber Experience (Required)
• Knowledge of the equipment and tools used in structured cabling
• Ability to climb ladders and operate Boom & Scissor lifts
• Able to Read Blue Prints
• Able to interrupt floor plans
• MUST be able to pass a background check
• MUST have Truck or SUV to carry Ladders & Materials

• Install all cabling standards in ceiling, conduits and raised floors; routes cable within walls and modular furniture
• Build closets (Mount and install backboards, racks, patch panels, fiber optic Build Racks, Punch down closets and neatly dressed with no divers)

• Working with Project Management to schedule/update/complete projects
• Responsible for motivating and dictating job duties to all technicians on the jobsite
• Train entry-level technicians, new and current technicians
• QC each technician working under them for each assigned job
• Certify all cabling once installed
• Able to PASS BACKGROUND NO FELONIES
