Repair DSX Panel Apartment Building

Completion date: January 29, 2025

Customer contacted DSS because they were experiencing issues with the DSX controller located on the elevator.

The elevator controller kept going into communication loss. We replaced the DSX 1043 panel with a new panel and verified the elevators were working. We also replaced two batteries in the DSX panels located in the elevator control room.
